The FAQ

Do you Travel?

I am willing to travel to your location and can provide my own transportation. I am also flexible with my schedule. Please let me know your location, and I will provide you with a quote that includes travel expenses.

How long have you been doing this?

I have been photographing weddings since 2014. Initially, I only did a few weddings a year, mostly for friends. However, since 2017, I have been photographing around 50 weddings annually, and I have been a full-time wedding photographer since November 2019. One day, I became curious about the total number of weddings I've captured, and the answer was... drum roll, please... 425! If you decide to book my services, I would be delighted to provide you with the exact number.

How many photos do we get?

I usually capture around 100 photos per hour. After the photo shoot, I carefully select the best photos and deliver approximately 350-550 images.

How do we get our photos?

Once your beautifully edited photos are ready, I will email you a link to access your photo gallery. You can download all of them at once. Your gallery will expire 2 months from the date you receive the link.

Do you retouch photos?

I do edit photos beautifully, as you can see from my portfolio. All of my packages include basic editing. If you would like additional editing, such as skin enhancement or removing large objects, that will require more than 15 minutes of work and will incur an additional charge.

What's your turn around time?

The standard turnaround time for photo delivery is four weeks. If your wedding took place during the busy season of April through June or September through November, it may take a few additional weeks. However, if you need your photos earlier than the scheduled delivery date, please feel free to inquire. Please note that expedited delivery may incur a small additional charge.

How do we book/pay you?

This is a very important question to ask. I prefer to meet up in person, but if you live too far or are too busy to make it, then we can do a Zoom meeting or even just a phone call. Once we get to know each other a bit, you can decide which package suits your needs and budget. Upon our mutual agreement, you can sign the contract and pay the retainer (normally 50% of your package price). Once I receive the signed contract and the retainer, your date will be officially reserved. The remaining balance can be paid anytime before your wedding day. All payment methods are welcome, but I prefer either Zelle or Venmo so that I can keep track and have a payment history. However, you can also send me a check.

Do you like Uncle Bob?

Ask other photographers. I don't think anyone will like Uncle Bob's. I've had some bad experiences before, so I prefer a very "silent" wedding. I think it's also good for everyone who attends your wedding, as they can solely focus on you. We have our job to complete, and I'm sure guests' jobs are not the same as ours.

Can you help us with planning?

Yes, I will help you with planning and can recommend vendors such as florists, DJs, or MUAs. Just let me know what you need. I'd love to assist.

How far out do you book?

Most couples book my service at least a year in advance of their wedding day due to my limited availability. The earlier, the better to reserve my service.

What should we do for an engagement session?

Engagement photo sessions are a great opportunity to get to know each other better. I always recommend this session to my clients, if they can afford it. Ultimately, we all want the best wedding photos on the big day. To create unique and artistic photos, it's important to practice and communicate effectively to understand each other better.

What camera and lenses do you have?

I recently switched to Sony from Canon and I really like the system. Canon DSLRs seem a bit heavy to me, especially when I carry two cameras all the time with a 70-200 telephoto lens, which adds a few more pounds. With lighter equipment, I can maneuver more quickly and react/capture the moment of the day much faster.
Two Sony A9 II and A7IV are my main cameras. Also, I own Sony 70-200 F/2.8, 24mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm. Sometimes I shoot with Leica for fun :)
